ABOUT FROZEN-DRYING BRIEFLY
Frozen-drying is the most modern and indulgent drying procedure nowadays. This makes it possible for the water to get out of the mushrooms by causing minimal harm possible. The Ltd. uses frozen-drying procedure to dry part of its own products and also takes on let out.
THE FROZEN-DRYING PROCESS
There's an ice-condensator and a strong vacuum in the rigging. As the affect of this, ice in the mushrooms sublimates and settles on the ice-condensator. Because of the high dry-material concentration the mushroom can be kept without putrefaction for a long term, in hermetic packages.
USING
The frozen-dried products, like the frozen-dried mushroom pieces fastly absorb moisture. Because of these reasons the company sells most of its products to dehydrated soup making companies.
